The assessment made available on the Insta RX website does not create a doctor-patient relationship between the individual completing the assessment and Insta RX. Insta RX is not a healthcare provider. Insta RX acts primarily as a technology platform to connect you with third-party professional healthcare providers who may be available to provide you with non-emergency care, as more fully set forth in our Terms of Service. Such providers (collectively, the “Providers”) are contracted with or employed by third-party physician practices who may order certain prescription medications and other products from pharmacies that they deem appropriate in their independent medical judgment. Each assessment will be reviewed by a Provider who will determine the appropriate treatment for the individual who completed the assessment. Provider clinicians shall determine eligibility and to prescribe compounded GLP-1s to patients in their exclusive clinical judgment.
All claims on this website refer to self-reported data from Insta RX customers on a treatment plan that includes compounded GLP-1 medications and consultations with their medical professionals. Customers reported their weight on their initial medical intake questionnaire every 3-4 weeks thereafter. Results from compounded medications found on the Insta RX platform may vary and be affected by an individual's adherence to the program and their clinician's recommendations. Compounded drugs are not FDA approved, which means they have not undergone FDA premarket review for safety, effectiveness, or quality at the federal level. Prescriptions are issued based on a licensed Provider's independent clinical judgment, which is informed by a telehealth consultation and medical history.
We encourage all prospective users of compounded medications to speak with their Provider about the specific risks and benefits that may come with the use of compounded medication. Insta RX does not produce compounded medications, and individuals may receive medication that looks different than what is portrayed on the website.
Insta RX offers GLP-1s exclusively from U.S. pharmacies. If deemed medically appropriate by your Provider, a compounded medication may be prescribed. Compounded Medications are highly regulated, and compounding pharmacies are licensed and inspected by Boards of Pharmacy, but the FDA has not evaluated the medications for safety, quality, or efficacy.
